terms

Short, because a static page selling verified computation should itself be easy to verify.

the site

This site is informational. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and no content here creates a license to any software or method. The site has no accounts, no login, and stores nothing about you.

the software

Quplane is delivered through AWS Marketplace. Your subscription is governed by the end user license agreement attached to the listing and by your own agreement with AWS; metering and billing are performed by AWS inside your account. Licenses arranged directly with HDT LLC are governed by their signed agreement. The engine runs where you launch it, and HDT LLC receives none of the data you process with it.

contracts and certificates

A result contract states the status of one computation on fingerprinted inputs: exact, tolerance-bounded, or heuristic, with the evidence attached. An optimality certificate is a statement about that computation. It is not a warranty that the model behind your question fits your business, and a result the contract marks heuristic is exactly that.

ai assistance

Parts of the engine use machine intelligence. A routing layer may read your question and the shape of your data (column names, kinds, row count, never the rows) to choose which solvers run, and an optional operator agent can drive the engine conversationally. When these models run, they run inside your own AWS account through your own Bedrock access; HDT LLC operates no model and receives nothing. Model-assisted routing is advisory: every number still comes from a gated solver, every result still carries its contract, and a routing defect degrades to the deterministic keyword path, never to an unverified answer.

decisions and reliance

Engine outputs, including verdicts such as ACT and PAPER_ONLY, are statements about statistical evidence in the data you supplied. They are not financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice, and they are not a recommendation to take or avoid any business action. You are responsible for the decisions you make with them, including applying the human review your stakes require. Do not use the engine as the sole basis for decisions involving risk to life, safety, or substantial assets.

results

Benchmark figures on this site are specific to the named instances, the stated time limits, and the stated hardware, and are published with those caveats visible. They are not a promise of performance on your workload; that is what evaluation is for.

no warranty

The site and its content are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HDT LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from the site or the software, however framed. Its total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of one hundred US dollars and the amounts you paid HDT LLC for the software in the twelve months before the claim arose. Marketplace subscriptions are additionally governed by the standard contract attached to the listing, which controls where it conflicts with this page.

marks

quplane is a mark of HDT LLC. Third-party names, including QPLIB and the solvers named in benchmark comparisons, belong to their owners and imply no affiliation.
